Clubhouse at
The Old Course

2115 West 29th Street | Loveland | CO

The Architects' Studio led an effort to reimagine the clubhouse experience at The Olde Course, one of three public golf courses operated by the City of Loveland. The existing clubhouse, aging and in need of repairs, was replaced with a new building intended to provide a modern golf expereince to serve future generations of Loveland golfers.

The project included the complete reconstruction of the 3,400 SF clubhouse, while adding an additional 2,600 SF of covered outdoor patio space. Special attention was paid to creating a more deliberate building entrance to welcome visitors, as well as reorienting outdoor spaces away from the parking lot and toward the amazing views afforded by the established course and its mountain views.

The new clubhouse incorporates the Big Fork Cafe, offering a fresh food take with a full kitchen and bar, accompanied by a dining room and exterior patios that invite golfers to linger after completing their round. A new Pro Shop and restrooms complete the modernization.

A new clubhouse brings fresh life to The Olde Course.
